WORKOUT SCHEDULE (last 2 weeks before tryouts)

There are only two weeks of preseason conditioning left.  Tryouts will be on August 3.  There will be a distance running test at tryouts, so make sure you are taking advantage of our conditioning and also supplementing with some extra running on your own.

Here is the schedule for the last two weeks:

July 20, 21, 22 at 9:15 am (Mon, Tues, Wed)
July 27, 28, 30 at 9:15 am (Mon, Tues, Thurs)


We have opened an online gear store to help everyone get a jumpstart on Syracuse Soccer gear.  Anyone is welcome to order and I’m sure your friends and family could use a mid-summer gift.  If you are interested in getting some gear please  click here  and use the team access code allen6RP.   The store closes on July 13.

FYI, there will be another opportunity to order gear after tryouts.

TRYOUT INFORMATION (click to view)

Tryouts for the 2015 girls soccer team are August 3 at 3:00 pm.  You need to create an account on and then visit the following link (click here) to register for tryouts.

On Aug. 3, please bring cleats, running shoes, ball, water, and wear a white t-shirt.  #’s will be handed out starting at 2:30, be early and ready to go by 3 pm.  Again, register ahead of time by following both links above.

In the mean time, if you have not been taking advantage of our pre-season conditioning you are missing out on a great opportunity to improve yourself as an athlete and possible member of his team.  We’ve had 40+ girls coming on a regular basis and they are working hard.  There is a moratorium July 6-12, but we will be back at it on July 13 at 9:00 am.
