WORKOUT SCHEDULE (last 2 weeks before tryouts)

There are only two weeks of preseason conditioning left.  Tryouts will be on August 3.  There will be a distance running test at tryouts, so make sure you are taking advantage of our conditioning and also supplementing with some extra running on your own.

Here is the schedule for the last two weeks:

July 20, 21, 22 at 9:15 am (Mon, Tues, Wed)
July 27, 28, 30 at 9:15 am (Mon, Tues, Thurs)
