Awards given, girls honored at banquet!

Last night was the final event of the 2017 season, the annual team banquet. Many recognition’s and awards were given including letter winners, recognition of the team’s accomplishment as region champs and state runner ups with a Letterman patch, their annual yearbook, and top 10 moments from the season.

Numerous records were broken on the season including 3 new records that will go in the state record book. Caroline Stringfellow and Ashlyn Hall both made it for assists in a season, Caroline with 32 (4th overall in state history) and Hall with 22 (tied 9th). Stringfellow also made the state record book for assists in a game (tied for 4th with 5 in two separate games).
