Summer Camp, Spring Meeting, Tryouts & Conditioning

Players and parents let me get some information out to you to hopefully answer some questions for the upcoming season!

Snow College Summer Camp

If you did not get the paperwork and money in you can still attend team camp with us. Please email Coach Allen with your interest and get the forms and $ (check written out to Snow College) to Coach in his room, 2009, or into his box at the front office and we would love to have you join us.

This is a great opportunity to have you play with the team and coaches. We should be able to fill 3 teams at camp this year!

Player/Parents Meeting

We will have a meeting at SHS near the end of the school year going over summer/tryout information. I will try and do so after the state cup is over and will get information out on this website and on our social media.

Summer Conditioning

Many of you know we are big believers in power lifting. I encourage every girl to come to lifting sessions whether they have ever touched a barbell or not. We believe in training you in different manners to strengthen your body, prevent injury and provide you speed, power, strength and agility for the upcoming season. After every lifting session we will continue coach led running sessions. The weightlifting dates can be found under the calendar on this blog and are updated currently, they will begin in June.

Tryouts

Tryouts will be July 3o, July 31, and Aug. 1 on the soccer field. Hopefully we get to know many of your daughters at weightlifting and/or team camp. There will be sign ups along with times posted online the month leading up to tryouts. Any girl 9th – 12th grade is highly encouraged to come try out with us.
