July is upon us, which means high school tryouts are at the end of the month. You must do two things prior to showing up for tryouts.
1) Sign up on this google sheet for tryouts, then get your tryout # from Coach Allen @ conditioning/weightlifting.
2) Register on http://www.registermyathlete.com, this is required to be able to tryout. If you played last year you only need to update to the 2019 – 2020 school year.
We still have weightlifting for the next few weeks, all girls are invited, even if you have not come to a single one. We would love to meet you and get you integrated into the program. We meet every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 8:15 am on the track and move to the weight room for powerlifting after running. Don’t forget to get signed up on the Remind app for summer conditioning updates.
