A few reminders for you.
Please join the remind code on the documents to get updated information from the caoching staff.
- Remember you must bring your own water
- You must fill out the covid release waiver found on mydsd or freshmen bring in a paper copy
- You must fill out the link daily to answer the covid questions and get the temperature reading from the coaching staff before working out.
- Remember to pay your $30 training fee in the office and bring the receipt to coach allen prior to the first workout.
